RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at email@example.com. Conditions for customers eligible for returns:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- The item must also be in its original packaging.
- We will need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
- Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. NOTE: Our policy is only valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER?
Step 1: Please contact our customer service to start the return process with the following information:
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the defective product
Step 2: Place your receipt back in the original packaging along with the items.
Step 3: Fill out all three copies of the pro forma return invoice form. Place all copies in the clear envelope and include it with the package without sealing it. These documents are required for customs, so please fill out all 3 copies.
Step 4: Hand over the package to the courier. After the courier has checked the return, please close the package securely.
