HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs vary depending on your destination and the number of items you purchase. You can get a calculation of the exact shipping cost by adding items to your cart, checking out and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will be automatically updated and displayed in your total cost.

We offer worldwide shipping.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE HIS ORDER?
On average, goods are produced and shipped from our factory within 5-7 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transportation times apply (5-10 days for domestic and 7-15 days for international).
CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES? We do not offer delivery to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO POST OFFICE BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes, we can ship items to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
WILL I BE BILLED FOR VAT?
Items shipped internationally from the USA are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not charge Value Added Taxes (VAT). All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may be subject to local customs or value added tax charges. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information about your country's customs regulations.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to an error on our part. If you would like to exchange the item, please email us at email@example.com. Conditions for customers eligible for return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- The item must also be in its original packaging.
- We will need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
- Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. NOTE: Our policy is only valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Shirt, flip flops had obvious signs of use.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
REFUND (IF APPLICABLE):
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
- If you have not yet received a refund:
- First, recheck your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company and bank. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will learn of your return.
You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for the exchanged product to arrive.
